助理创意总监 (Associate Creative Director) (for Copy)

Report to: Group Creative Director
Responsible for ensuring that only precise and ingenious brand-building advertising, based on consumer insights, leave the agency. S(he) represents “Excellence in Creativity” and is directly responsible for the creative health of the agency by giving creative expression to brief and quality leadership to the team.
Knowledge requirement:
- At least 10 years relevant creative experience
- Personal portfolio exhibiting impressive depth and breadth of work
- Working knowledge of execution of creative work
- Excellent industry awareness- General & in the business of communication
- Seen as knowledgeable on current global trends of creative work
- Ability to strategically analyze and guide creative work and talent
- Ability to command respect with the client, brand, integration, creative and media team
- Outstanding knowledge of Chinese copywriting
- Fluent in English
Position dimensions:
- Critical to organization and partners with profit head
- Responsible for the final deliver on the creative product
- Responsible for the entire creative team of between 10-30 staff
