JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a fast growing creative team of China responsible for digital and social communications, serving account/clients in various industries
• Conceive the development of creative content to ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and copy + art meet our standards of creative excellence
• Concept and collaborate with team leads, including copywriters, strategists, designers, key account and production.
• Manage, nurture and grow creative talents, act as an advisor and advocate for their career development and success
• Present and meet with clients of all levels, act as a thought leader, inspiring our clients, team and the wider digital creative community
• Work with the key account team members to ensure creative concepts and tactics are on brand and strategically sound.
• Provide expert advice on industry best practices internally as well as to clients.
• Source and manage external suppliers/freelancers
• Research, retain and spread topics on trends to keep the office connected to marketing trends and latest experiential developments.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
10+ year top digital/social agencies’ experience of creative industry of China, and 3+ years experience as a creative director focusing on digital/social marcom.

Technical Skills:
Fluent in the entire content creation process from briefs to production to delivery of materials, and digital/social media buy
Experienced in conceptualization of advertising and digital content
Excellent PowerPoint development skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Deep knowledge of local market
