职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft the digital strategy for multinational and local client accounts (including digital strategy briefs, market analysis, communication and digital/social media comm strategy audits)
- Perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications
- Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated marketing/communication strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and account team to gauge KPI’s to determine the extent to which the original objectives and strategies were met
- New business proposal planning and pitch presentations
- Lend subject matter expertise to account teams and help guide strategic client conversations
- Craft monthly strategy reports including digital media recommendations, research, campaign implementation and reporting/analysis
- Create and audit strategic media planning activities associated with all agency accounts
- Proactively identify new opportunities for client growth, enforce processes, provide quality assurance and implement best practices across all engagements
- Pull together key team members for brainstorming, ideation and expertise as various goal and growth opportunities are identified for clients and brands
- Give training to the China digital team members’ skills on strategic planning and presentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 8 years of digital marketing, social media communications, e-commerce, BTL, and strategy experience required, especially on FMCG/ Lifestyle/ Automotive/ Consumer IT/ Fashion industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- China Social Media platforms experience required, including experience crafting a brand’s social media strategy
- Deep understanding of social media knowledge and trends, especially on China’s social/mobile platforms like Weibo, WeChat, Apps, KOLs, WeMedia, e-Commerce platforms, etc,
- Excellent verbal skills and impeccable written communication skills required for this role
- Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized
- Demonstrated track record of success in the industry
- Experience in prioritizing a heavy workload and the ability to meet and exceed client deadlines with accuracy
- Experience creating reports and recommendations for clients based on laid out strategy
- Ability to confidently discuss the use of web/social/mobile technologies as they apply to digital/social media marketing and overall communication strategy
- 4A advertising/digital agency experience preferred, especially on strategic planner/researcher position
- Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent English language skill and Mandarin
