Servicing FMCG Client

Major Responsibilities

1. Assumes role of day-to-day client contact

2. Maintains constant communication with Business Director on account status

2.Knowledge of the client&business by continuous research and analysis of brand, and its competitors

3. Develop campaigns from start to finish, including project management, execution and timeline management

4. Drive initiatives, write strong agency briefs, recap of comments and contact reports

5. Contribute to strategic and creative development

6. Ensures smooth running of finances and administrative systems

Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed

7. Act as lead Agency among media and digital agencies to ensure smooth and precise communication

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor&degree required

2. 6+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency, FMCG experience preferred

3. Fluent in spoken and written English

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Good Interpersonal skill

6. Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required

7. Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability

8. Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail

9. Proactive and follow through skills
