You’re a planner with a track record of helping brands create compelling, motivating work. You have ideas about how can build impactful brands and influence consumers especially through the channel of digital/social. You confidently enlighten teams with your strategic inspiration.
You have at least 2-3 years experience in a planning or consulting discipline. You have research and analytical skills and understand market, brand, consumer, and digital media. You can generate strategic idea that is applicable and actionable. You must be able to think independently, analyze, and craft robust comprehensive solutions and insights. You can take these insights to create briefs that inspire great creative work and come up great strategy proposal to sell creative work.

Like a doctor, you diagnose the current situation, you find the reason of problem and come up with strategic solution, you craft strategy to help client and creative to see the whole picture of what they need to do on content and platform and how to change from A to B
You are curious and imaginative
You are curious about people, you have true empathy toward how to drive them, touch them and engage with them further. You love art and cultural and are obsessed with how to influence human heart from all kinds of artistic story telling. You dare to imagine and compose several strategy solution based on the fact and insight you collect
You are social
-You like the way of using social media to influence/engage consumer,
-you like to make the brand more relevant/iconic/trendy/sexy/cool in social ways
you provide creative campaign or new product launch social plan:
-can research consumer insight through social listening, social behavior
-get well understanding of China social landscape and social media trend about topic/mechanism/emerging channel/ culture/vertical community/influencer etc (especially in youth culture and lifestyle area)
-inspire and springboard the creative team to great social creative ideas
-logically plan our proposals by injecting social thinking and writing detailed social plans / platform CO-OP plans/social communication roll-out plans across all key social media
you better have experience in the following industry:
-lifestyle, cosmetic, skin care, ecommerce and retail, FMCG
-internet industry especially in media, life, fashion, sports area
You love new concept
As a planner you should be creatively resourceful, you know some good case study both in China and around the globe about great advertising work, powerful business transformation, tasteful product concept, new promotional campaign, great content, new show, creative media collaboration, emerging technology, nice apps, new kol etc. You can use the new findings to help change perspective and break the original way of thinking to inspire teams
You know you are in the business of persuade.
You are very open to distill with creative/ technologist/client service team to have better understanding. You can clearly and persuasively communicate strategic recommendations to internal and external audiences; You don’t stop distilling and close the gap between strategy and creative
