- HR related
- Assist HR supervisor/manager to handle employee on-board & exit process;
- Work with FESCO on social insurance & personal files issue;
- Well prepare payroll and social insurance payment request monthly;
- Maintain labor contracts and employee database;
- Other ad-hoc HR issues.
- Admin related
- Process admin daily operation including air-ticket & hotel booking, management & distribution of office supplies and courier management etc.;
- Be a key contact person with building landlord and property company;
- Coordinate or organize company activities such as annual dinner party, employee birthday party, town-hall meeting and other activities;
- Prepare all admin related payment request;
- Maintain office insurance tracking;
- Assist MD with some daily issue;
- Other ad-hoc Admin issue.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree is required: 1-3 years’ experience is preferred but graduating student with good potential is also welcome；
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English；
- Team player and quick learner；
- Good at MS office operation such as Word, Excel, PPT etc.；
- Good service consciousness；
- Willing to acquire new knowledge.
