As a member of the client team, an associate assists in researching/analyzing, storytelling issues and in managing the day-to-day administration of the client relationship. The associate provides support to multiple account teams and efficiently services each of these accounts simultaneously. They manage the flow of work and information to account team, and possess an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, industry, and PR issues. The associate will perform fundamental tasks such as content drafting, press material development and policy research. S/he must also have strong research, writing and editing skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with targeted media on story development
- Write and distribute basic materials, including news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, prepared remarks, program elements, standby statements and pitch letters
- Research and monitor client's business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base
- Assist in research and preparation of new business proposals
- Assist in client administration duties such as billing and activity reports

Skills Required:
- Excellent English and Chinese skills – written and oral
- Great analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
- Relevant experience in PR/Marketing/Journalist is preferred
- Desire to pursue learning and self-development

Other Recommended Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree from a good university
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in professional services firm, journalism, public relations, communications or related field is preferred
- General understanding of the techniques of a professional services/consultancy firm, journalism, public relations, communications or related field.
