Talent Acquisition Specialists, China

The IPG PR brands in China are growing at an unprecedented pace, and the talent acquisition team is expanding to keep up with the rate of growth. The group is currently actively seeing an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialists for both Beijing and Shanghai, who will collaborate with the existing team in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and partner with the brands to proactively provide professional recruitment support and advice to MDs and practice heads.
 
You will
- Work with the talent acquisition team, recruiting across China in both PR and non-PR roles;
- Deliver on recruitment activities across all levels;
- Establish and manage a recruitment database ensuring that the details of quality candidates are maintained and utilized for future vacancies;
- Have solid experience in recruitment systems and the know-how to best utilize their functionality;
- Ensure that recruitment processes are maintained in line with company policy and best practice for data protection and equal opportunity;
- Work with internal hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process and tools re effective;
- Become the face for recruitment for our businesses, building your individual and employer brand reputation in the market. 

You will have
- 3+ years relevant experience in PR, advertising, integrated marketing and/or within a marketing communications environment;
- Previous 360 recruitment experience either in-house or within a search firm delivering the recruitment processes within a multi-site or international company, ideally within a professional services environment.  Volume recruitment experience would be advantageous;
- Recruitment systems experience (Taleo or similar);
- Competent knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection processes;
- High level knowledge of Microsoft office suite;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
