Brand Strategist/ Planner 品牌策划
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Strategist/ Planner with Mandarin & English communication skill and proven experience in a branding/integrated marketing/ packaging design/advertising agency to join our team.
The Role:
Identifies and articulates basic to intermediate Brand Strategy solutions, including portfolio strategy, brand positioning, consumer definition & insights, brand messaging, IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) etc.
Partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed in an efficient manner- on time and on budget. Establishes and maintains relationships with client contacts as appropriate.
Takes ownership of small to mid-size client projects, supporting one large and/or several small-to-medium accounts at any given time.
· Working with clients to understand and establish their brand ambitions and objectives
· Autonomously crafting brand platform, naming, portfolio strategy, and messaging for small to mid-sized clients.
· Supporting strategy team with research definition, insight gathering, communications strategy, and management of larger clients
· Supporting business development with strategy pitches and proposals
· Co-facilitating meetings with client teams and creative brand workshops with flair
· Crafting the creative brief together with Client Engagement Team, briefing and inspiring the creative team, allowing them to create an effective and well-targeted proposition for the client
· Bringing a fresh point of view to our clients' challenges, and ensuring BRAMDIMAGE is always ahead of the curve in terms of knowledge, expertise and insight.
Talent we are looking for:
· Degree in Marketing/Design/Advertising will be advantageous
· At least 5 years' work experience in strategic planning in a creative design agency (brand, advertising, and marketing), market research firm, or similar functional area and client environment.
· Integrated Marketing, Packaging Design and Shopper strategy and experience will be a plus. Experience working with clients in retail and consumer sector preferred.
· Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin is a must
· Fast grasp of information to understand client's products and services
· Good understanding of effective brand strategy practices, trends, techniques, and methodologies across various touch-points (e.g. packaging, in store, online, mobile, print, direct, etc.).
· Good people, organizational, and analytical skills (including time management and attention to detail).
· Good problem-solving skills; ability to identify and execute effective solutions
