职位描述
Responsibilities:
Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share;
Using a variety of market and research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers' attitudes, behavior and perceptions;
Finding an 'angle' on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign;
Reconciling the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived;
Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy, so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively;
Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor or above; overseas background is a plus.
Professional skills:
-Min. 5 years’ experience, 4A advertising agency experience is preferred.
-Digital experience is a plus.
Personal skills:
- Passionate and open minded.
- Curious and creative.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- International and intercultural approach.
Language skills:
Advanced level in both spoken and written English.

本科及以上学历,海外背景优先。
专业技能:
5年以下广告公司的经验,具有4A广告公司背景优先。
服务过汽车品牌的优先。
有过数字营销经验的优先。
个人技能:
热情和开放。
好奇和创造性。
善于分析。
良好的沟通技巧。
拥有国际、跨文化背景。
语言能力
具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力的优先考虑。
