Job Information:
A Planner works under moderate supervision and with specific limits and authority on assignments of moderate complexity. Is responsible for research/account planning activities on assigned accounts and is involved in development and delivery of client presentations. Assist Planning Directors in developing strategies and brand campaigns for assigned clients. The purpose of this job is to provide rigorous and imaginative strategic thinking to underpin the agency's work.
 
 
Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop brand and communication strategies across all channels, write creative briefs, and work closely with creative teams to inspire great work, then measure and advise findings and write case studies.
• Pro-actively seek out and analyze secondary research on China market, competitors and consumers to update understanding.
• Fluent in conducting qualitative research as moderator (on or off-line), as required, to support strategies and creative briefs.
• Have ability to manipulate the tools, interpret the data discovered and present it in a way that adds to brand or consumer insight
• Create and maintain an effective relationship with client research staff and where possible, its research providers.

• Have strong strategic planning craft skills with a genuine interest in creating effective ideas and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
• Be skilled at nurturing strategy, insights and ideas across categories and channels.
• Need to be flexible and have skills covering brand, business and communications applied to categories from FMCG, retail, financial and consumer services and behavior change.
• Proficient in the use of Social media for brands
• Have minimum 3 years's agency experience.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
