CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage strong senior client relationships (manage expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle

• Drive strategic creative initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals

• Lead the overall solution quality of the project

• Establish relationship framework for the relationship in collaboration with the client

• Lead or co-lead all Creative work (multiple sub domains) in the development of a quality solution for a small-to-large size project

• Track progress according to the plan created for the project, and report status to the broader engagement leadership

• Collaborate with the Account team to make changes to creative plans, staffing levels, or deliverables as required throughout the course of the Campaign

• Determine and document tone and voice for campaignand sells ideas to clients

• Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall creative strategy for a project or client

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree required

• Expertise in Copywriting, deep understanding of multi-disciplines of design, online marketing, website, packaging

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in an advertising, marketing or digital environments

• Must have prior experience of having worked as a Creative Leader for at least 3 years

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships

• Proven leadership ability and creative excellence

• Good at establishing & managing client relationships

• Excellent Presentation skills and pitch skills
