ACCOUNT DIRECTOR / ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
FF Shanghai, Ad Age International Agency of the year is looking for a AAD/AD to join the Agency.
Day to day contact with client (computer services)
Managing the account team.
Discussing with clients their products, services and brief requirement.
Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff.
Briefing media, creative ad research staff and formulating strategies.
Acting as liaison between client and production teams (Kill Death / Web & Apps) by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Over-seeing the status of the campaign. Preparing and maintaining work lists.
Negotiating with clients and agency staff concerning campaign details.
Presenting campaign plans to client for approval or modification.
Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks. Ensuring works is completed on time and ensuring necessary approvals.
Handling budgets and managing campaign costs.
Writing reports, keeping records and financial details.
Providing any administrative support and handling profitability of accounts.
Being familiar with the client’s products, business culture and competition.
5+ years of experience.
Have good communication and negotiation skills.
Languages: Chinese and English.
