Overview of this position:
We offer you a seat in the rocket called ‘Inspire’. This position is for a self-driven, motivated and ambitious planner who is able to handle clients and projects independently, ensures quality strategy delivery and in turn grows him/herself and shares the growth of this innovative integrated agency.

 Responsibilities & Key Tasks:

• Own ‘strategy’, be ‘the planner’ in front internal team, clients and partners.

• Deeply understand market, business, consumer and media through research and intelligence.

• Provide insights, strategic point-of-view and the approaches to solve business and communication challenges.

• Co-lead with account head in writing agency briefs and internal project management for big integrated campaigns.

• Work closely with account lead, creative lead and media investment lead to develop integrated proposals.

• Lead creative briefing and internal review, participate in creative development and brainstorms, co-lead with creative head in developing big ideas.

• Develop brand communication, creative strategy and digital engagement strategy.

• Work with analytics team and account team to provide campaign performance reports and reviews.

• Own and manage internal case sharing system and facilitate/attend internal and external workshops.

• Source information on Chinese consumer attitudes, behavior and demography that can provide a better perspective on target customers.

• Be a key member of brand and creative focused new business pitch teams.

 Requirements:

• At lead 6 years related working experience.

• Proficiency in verbal and written bilingual communication.

• Confident, self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, spontaneous.

• Strong sense in marketing communication and business acumen.

• Outstanding presentation and inter-personal communication skills.

• Outstanding leadership, be a team player.

• Being able to manage and motivate creative, clients and planners.

• Experience with premium consumer good brands is a plus.

• Experience beyond agency is a plus.

• Holder of MBA degree is plus.

• Being resourceful in industry is a plus.
