l Manage Accounts effectively on a day-to-day basis.
l Develop effective marketing campaigns for Clients.
l Help review/analyze in-depth the Client’s business and identify Client’s marketing problems/business issues
l Contribute to development of strategic plans and unique, “out of the box”, big ideas to address the Client’s business issues.
l Communicate clearly a compelling Point-Of-View with fact-based rational and benefits for Client buy-in.
l Supervise the quality and completeness of creative briefs/work orders.
l Evaluate creative works from a strategic perspective.
l Manage Account Executives to produce Client and team documentation.
l Work with below-the-line concepts to guarantee successful integration.
l Circulate information to keep management informed on Client business, Agency issues, and Client projects.
l Strive for great partnerships within the Agency and with Clients.
l An accomplished Account Manager with 4+ years of experience in ATL field (4A Agency experience is preferred).
l Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related discipline.
l Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and an interest in digital media.
l Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
l Passion for both ideas and data with attention to detail and financial literacy.
l Proactive, well-organized, and self-motivated.
l Strong interpersonal and Client relationship building skills.
l Good coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
l Very good written and oral English, CET-6 or above.
l Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
