Jack Morton Shanghai office is looking for a Creative Director to join our extraordinary team.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Creative Director, you’re accountable for leading creative proposals by generating big, brave creative ideas rooted in brand experience thinking as well as directing how those ideas come to life.

 

You’ll partner with our strategist to ensure our ideas are developed on insights, not plucked out of the air as well as working closely with the Growth and Creative teams to ensure the delivery of creative solutions that bring the experiential platform to life and drive client results.

·         You’ll work with strategists to develop creative strategy and innovative solutions that solve client marketing and communication challenges

·         You’ll work with the Operations and Growth teams to develop the vision of client and effectively communicate it to colleagues and clients by skillfully crafting content.

·         Work closely with creative team members to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content and adherence to the experiential platform

·         Remain involved in projects after pitching to ensure creative integrity, be a creative resource and further develop the relationship with the client.

·         Ensure that your ideas are as powerful in reality as they were when pitched.

You should be comfortable leading a proposal presentation, captivating your audience with strong presence, storytelling and presentation skills, conveying passion for the project that can influence key decision makers

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Strong understanding of China market and Chinese consumers

·         Ideas-led copy based creative with at least 6-8 years of experience in a brand experience or event agency

·         Superior writing skills with proven experience for communication messaging development and writing in different mediums.

·         You’ll need to be able to create integrated marketing campaigns with strong in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends, including digital & technology.

·         Hands-on willingness to be involved in all stages of the creative process and creative presentation.

·         Excellent creative presentation skills in creative brand story-selling through visuals, storyboards, mood boards etc.
