KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Manage key accounts and projects to deliver required results

2.   Establish a relationship of value and trust with clients and vendors

3.   Coordinate a core team of digital specialists to elaborate proposals and execute them

4.   Assessment of KPIs and timelines and timely reporting to the executive team

5.   Support growth of the business

主要职责：

1.   管理客户和项目，按时完成工作并能展示有效成果

2.   与客户、供应商保持良好互信的关系

3.   协调团队成员制作数字化营销方案并执行

4.   评估关键指标和时效，并及时向管理团队汇报

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1.   3 years’ minimum of working experience in agency, media or client side with a digital focus 

2.   Proven ability to manage clients’ deadlines and understand requirements effectively 

3.   Pro-active with ability to identify challenges ahead and provide relevant solutions 

4.   Ability to elaborate and present proposal

5.   Ability to handle executional tasks across multiple projects 

6.   Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

7.   Strong collaborative sense and eager for growing responsibilities

8.   Educated from top-tiered university

职位要求：

1.     至少三年相关工作经验，有广告公司、媒体或对接客户的经验，有数字营销工作经验者优先 

2.     能够管理客户的截止日期，并有效理解客户的需求 

3.     能够主动预测可能有的挑战，并提供相关解决方案

4.     具备制作和展示提案的能力

5.     能够处理多个项目的不同执行任务  

6.     中文流利，并具备良好的英文沟通能力

7.     优秀的合作意识和强烈的责任感

8.     有国内外名校背景优先。
