职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Interpret design needs and developing relevant concepts fitting requirements
2. Develop concepts, graphics and key visuals for digital marketing projects
3. Review final layouts with broader teams and suggesting improvements as required
4. Innovate to improve on initial design briefs within the constraints of cost and time
主要职责：
1.理解设计需求，策划与需求相关的设计理念
2.为线上营销项目策划设计理念，进行图像设计和关键视觉元素创作。
3.与项目团队一起讨论落实最终设计格局，提供修改建议
4.可以平衡预算与时间，高效率工作。
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. 1 year of graphic design experience
2. Excellent skills, especially with mainstream design and photo-editing software (i.e. Adobe Suite)
3. Creative, innovative, accurate and detail-oriented
4. Fluent Mandarin with strong English communication and presentation skills
5. Excellent self-time management and organization skills
6. Strong collaborative sense and eager for growing responsibilities
