职位描述

岗位职责

1. 在CD的指导下完成客户的创意表现工作（有关视觉上的一切表现）；

2. 协助相关业务/客户团队，在充分把握客户的市场目标、理解客户品牌的前提下，准确的执行创意概念；

To assist the relevant business / customer team, in the premise of fully grasp the customer target market, understand the customer brand, accurate implementation of creative concept.

3. 把控一切从视觉表现到执行制作的设计方案的效果和质量，监督设计师完成设计任务，对设计的画面布局合理、美观程度负责；

Control everything from the visual representation to the effect and quality of design scheme of production and supervision to complete the design task, be responsible for the design of the screen layout is reasonable, beautiful degree.

4. 通过方向性指引或亲自示范创作与日常工作指导，持续提高整个创意团队的设计水平，持续提高团队的创新能力；

Through the directions or personally demonstration creation and daily work guidance, continuously improve the design level of the whole creative team, continue to improve the innovative ability of team;

5. 与业务团队和客户方保持良好密切的沟通，坚持以团队利益为首要考虑点，确保良好的交流平台。

任职条件

1. 艺术、设计或相关专业学历，五年或以上工作经验；

Art, design or related major, five years or above working experience.

2. 熟练使用主流设计软件；

Be skilled in the use of graphic design software .

3. 资深的设计功底及手绘表现力；

Have the senior design skills and hand-painted expression.

4. 具备FMCG包装设计、品牌推广、线下终端设计等经验；

Have experience with terminal design FMCG packaging design, brand promotion, line.

5. 熟悉一整套方案从前期到制作的过程，并能适当把控当中各个环节；

Be familiar with a set of solutions from prophase to the production process, and the proper control among each link

6. 触觉敏锐、思路清晰、沟通能力强、对上司和客服的要求能很快理解，对下属的表述清晰；

Have acumen, clear thinking, strong communication skills, to the boss and customer service requirements can quickly understand, clear expression of subordinates.

7. 具备带领、指导、培养设计师的能力。

Have the ability to lead and guide and cultivate the designer.
