1、能主动进行research和创意思考，根据前期品牌定位，建立视觉策略，并完成品牌各个层面（logo、识别系统、应用延展）的设计

2、独立完成其他各种平面设计及相关工作。如企业文书、包装设计、广告、文创文具、新媒体应用等，同时参与制作网页界面，指示系统、标牌等。偶尔也会参与到摄影与和影像有关的工作。

3、能准确理解客户品牌理念，并最大程度的发挥到创意和设计中去。管理客户的期待，并给予有效的解决方案。

4、能配合创意总监的要求和需要完成工作，并与其他成员进行密切、精准的沟通及团队合作。

5. Open-minded. 有好奇心、认真负责、积极踏实、高效按时。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.The person will plan concept by doing research and studying information and provided materials, develop visual strategies according to creative brief and brand personalities.

2.Assist with the creative development for assigned projects and brands, including concept development and ideation, proposal preparation, key visual development, art direction, brand identity design, to ensuring production quality,

3.Completes projects efficiently by meeting clients’ expectations and coordinating with external agencies, partners, vendors, printers, etc.

4.Contributes to team(creative directer/ design director /design team) effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

5.Open-minded, curious, responsible, humble, punctual.

职位要求： 

- 1-3年专业设计公司、设计工作室或4A广告公司工作经验，接受过正规的设计训练;

- 实战经验涵盖：品牌设计、平面设计、包装设计／新媒体设计。能够独立按时完成各类设计工作

- 精通Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign等软件的使用。sense好，品味好，有手绘背景者优先

- 本科以上，英文OK

SKILLS

To be successful in this role, you will either need to come in with the skills and experiences below, or be positioned to quickly master them

1. 1-3 years of full time experience with design in professional design studios or 4A agencies.

2.Past experience included brand design/ graphic design/ packaging design/digital design. Able to deliver quality layout and art direction proposals. Work experience in ATL is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.

3.Strong visual sense. Good taste. Be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or more.

4. Bachelor or higher degree in design related majors;. Ok to read/write in English.
