Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand.
Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner.
Hire, coach, manage and develop team members.
Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge
Work closely with the Account Management and Planning teams to grow existing business organically by exceeding clients’ expectations.
Keep up to date with new trends, technologies, the rapidly evolving cultural and social trends to ensure our clients benefit from ideas relevant to the target audience and improved creative output
Champion McCann culture, values and way of working amongst team members.
Experiences on video (long or short form), print and digital content execution is an absolute must and understanding of Integrated Marketing Communication, specifically on experiential and digital content communication.
Strong conceptual and strategic directions with excellent creative & aesthetic judgement; the ability to ensure that the creative output is consistently excellent from a conceptual and executional perspective, across all platforms.
Attentive and meticulous to visual details and finesse, with compelling and immaculate visual crafting is a must.
Ability to understand client business and help clients reach their communication objectives
The aptitude to confidently make timely and sound decisions, sometimes under pressure.
Effective communicator with good presentation skills and client relation skills.
