PLTFRM SHANGHAI IS HIRING!

In a jungle of plants, smell of coffee and scent of fruit, you will be sitting on a comfy chair in front of a slick designed-in-California computer. After the usual morning chat, you will work your a** off to provide the best work you have ever done like if your life depends on it (and it actually does, doesn't it?). This, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day for a modest paycheck at the end of the month, which will allow you to go enjoy the CNY break in Pattaya.

You will work for a flying-hospital, a candy maker, an international apothecary,  winemakers from the other side of the world, an alchemist of the 21st century - from China and other countries alike.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have an impressive conceptual understanding and own the ability to support and execute project development.

• You master multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout any project.

• You possess and share a strong understanding of client needs (and budget!) and see it as part of your objective to help fulfill their goals.

• You are always one step ahead of competition via vast knowledge on current and future trends.

• You are confident in sharing and presenting ideas internally and externally.

• You are self-motivated and desire to execute every job to the highest standard.

• You know exactly how to merge your skills with the demands of a project, and how to inspire your colleagues to do the same.

• You know how to motivate the team when things are “for yesterday”.

• You are both the GOOD COP and BAD COP

• You’ve won the "World's Best Colleague" award.

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• You have 5 years of project management or relevant experience (e-commerce preferred).

THE ROLE

• You develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

• You execute tasks with the flair and professionalism needed, to push both our agency and clients into the leading position.

• You understand client’s requirements and provide solutions.

• You advise clients and educated them if necessary with your knowledge and experience.

• You supervise projects from initiation to completion.

• You communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams.

• You follow project schedule, time and quality.

• You organize weekly meetings with client to provide project updates and ideas.
