职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Administration: taking care of employees’ onboarding, leaves, attendance, expenses and office maintenance
- Intern Management: interviewing, onboarding and supervision, performance reviews
- Business Development: outreach and fielding inquiries via WeChat, email, and calls in English
- Company Marketing: identifying relevant platforms for posting articles, SEO/SEM
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year minimum of relevant experience in assistant, admin and/or BD roles
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and understand requirements effectively
- Pro-active with ability to identify challenges ahead and provide relevant solutions
- Detailed & service-oriented, outgoing, upbeat and optimistic attitude
- Fluent Mandarin with excellent English writing skills for business communications
