Position 岗位名称：GAD客户群总监/GM总经理

Location工作地点：广州 / Guangzhou

1、Job Summary ：

You should be an experienced and efficient leader who possess strong entrepreneurial spirit and will take on the role as a key leader, executor, change agent and coach for your teams.According to the group's strategic goals, you need to lead the team to provide customers with excellent creative business solutions and create core business values, and ultimately achieve digital marketing business and technology transformation goals, revenue goals and profitability.

2、Role & Responsibilities

a、Through strategic business and leadership directions, formulate overall business operation goals, supervise the team operations, realize the agency vision and business objectives, and lead the team to complete annual business goals.

b、Establish strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor with clients, and provide clients with strategic brand marketing programs and innovative strategic business solutions to meet the business needs of clients' digital and social brand marketing.

c、Strengthen client relationships based on strong understanding of their business objectives and needs, challenges and threats in the market; Develop new clients, maintain and dig deep into existing clients' business, and ensure the realization of business goals.

d、Manage the planning content of existing customers and projects, cross-departmental links, customer communication, project promotion and various aspects of project operation.

e、Broadening our offer to clients through providing holistic and innovative shopper/ digital activation solutions and growing the agency capabilities and profiles in Commerce.

f、 Team personnel management, including absorbing and cultivating talents, improving the professional and work efficiency of the team.

g、Develop and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to build VYC branding in China.

3、Requirements

a、8+ years of relevant working experience, with an international 4A company background, focusing on the field of customer digital and social brand marketing and integrated marketing communication, with in-depth understanding and unique insights in customer service and brand planning. (the GM position will be open to excellent canidates )

b、Having experience in serving international or large companies, have successfully operated large customers or participated in influential business marketing cases

c、Excellent business presentation, communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, strong business sensitivity, the ability to promote and lead new businesses, excellent customer relationship expansion and customer development skills, excellent leadership and organization skills , could quickly build a team.

d、Languages：Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
